Position Title: Healthcare Recruiting Leader

 

Position Summary

· Reports to V.P Qualitative Research

· As a member of R&F leadership team, participate in related meetings, contribute, and play an active role in improving the Company’s growth, profitability, and ongoing efficiencies

· Lead and Develop Medical Recruiting team using existing company back-office infrastructure; from initial interviews and hiring to ongoing training and development of each employee and the overall team (with the support of our HR department)

· Work with management team to implement needed process and database improvements to support the Medical Recruiting team growth.

· Manage, oversee, and ensure successful and profitable completion of all projects while meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations.

· Serve as primary contact and liaison for clients from initial bid to final billing.

- Ensure consistent follow-up, timely, proactive, and reliable communications with clients

· Issue advance, final invoicing, and respondents’ payout on a timely basis

· Contribute to growth goals by conducting ongoing outbound business development and outreach to existing and former clients (if necessary). [JD1] [KA2] 

· Act as lead recruiter providing direction as the Medical Recruiting Group grows.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Support all aspects of the Medical Recruiting Group to ensure R&F delivers exceptional service and value while consistently growing the base of clients and respondents.

- Review, analyze and submit clients’ bids.

- Review, organize, document, and brief on project-related requirements.

- Type, review, proof for quality, and send daily progress reports to clients.

- Become proficient with R&F-approved technologies/tools.Support all aspects of the Healthcare Recruiting Group to ensure R+F delivers exceptional service and value while consistently growing the base of clients and respondents. 

- Train team members to ensure their proficiency in delivering high quality and reliable communication to clients and respondents.

- Must be open to learning, testing, and adapting new and emerging technologies R&F identifies as critical to our operations or service

- Report diligently and consistently to clients on all project-related issues, especially challenges that may cause delays or R&F inability to meet goals.

- Communicate on a timely or urgent basis to the Accounting Department all financial-related matters such as advance payment invoices, payouts, and final invoices.

- Manage each project’s resources (hours spent by team members) to ensure that all project deadlines and profitability goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in related market research role or similar duties in another organization preferred

  • 4 Year College Degree a plus (not required)

  • Additional /Optional: Experience in Healthcare Field or in Healthcare Recruiting a plus.
