Our Story
We are often amazed at what close to fifty years in the qualitative research world has taught us. From Bette Dyszel's start of her pioneering journey into qualitative recruiting in 1977, how she literally recruited the maternity nurse that delivered Josh Dyszel (our current President & CEO), to her continued insights even today.
First and foremost, this incredible journey has given us an intimate understanding of human behavior - we are literally in the “people business”, from our own team to finding, engaging and retaining respondents. This is “our calling” because our clients depend on us to recruit people whose opinions are the basis for insights that can be relied upon to make critical business decisions.
We “get it.” The quality of those we recruit determines or influences a decision that affects the lives of employees on our clients’ side and consumers and buyers worldwide. It is an enormous responsibility and we don't’ take it lightly. We can boast about the range of services we provide but we’d rather talk about ‘our’ people, our team.
Quality is earned through process development, persistence, and self-auditing. We take nothing for granted when it comes to finding quality respondents. We go out of our way to understand clients’ objectives and deliverables - we view ourselves as an extension of your team. We want you to meet your deadlines and deliver quality insights for your clients or team, insights that are based on articulate and fitting respondents. And if you have a full plate we can help by managing field projects for you with full accountability and up-to-the-minute communications. Sometimes, you need someone to count on and we want to be that someone.
While we are often not privy to higher level goals of each project, we nevertheless invite you to challenge us to review, test and suggest a refinement to proposed methodologies; we thrive on collaborating and assisting clients to develop avenues that haven’t been tried before. We love outlier and out-of-the-box assignments.
