Position Title: Insights Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Carefully and with great attention to details, review, process, and understand project related requirements.
Utilize our in-house database of registered study participants to create lists of potentially qualified candidates or potential individuals through whom you can network.
Call, interview, and invite qualified participants to participate in market research studies.
Confirm and follow up with participants to ensure they keep their commitment.
Coordinate and communicate with the assigned Project Manager on a timely basis about any challenges or issues that can affect our ability to execute the project successfully.
Ensure that R+F’s database of respondents is continuously updated with any new information provided by potential and qualified participants.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years customer service.
Experience in recruiting is preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Google Sheets.
Working knowledge using search engines and web-based mapping tools (I.E. Google Maps).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
