Meet Heather …

Heather is a Pennsylvania native with over 15 years in customer service based in hospitality and retail. She pursued the opportunity to join Recruit and Field with the challenge of taking on not only new tasks but a new market. She believes in going the extra mile and strives to deliver excellence to both clients and the public. Heather knows that with hard work, determination, and a positive attitude, you truly can accomplish anything.

When not applying her problem-solving skills to the job, she is using them to complete the video game she’s playing. Heather also very much values the simple things in life including a hot cup of coffee, a good book, and a cat curled up next to her.

Meet Kaelan …

Kaelan was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, before moving to Tampa for college. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Public Health. She worked in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and child welfare case management before following an opportunity to work at Recruit and Field. She believes that the experiences she gained from working in these fields allows her to recruit with compassion and empathy to make sure everyone is comfortable and able to make most out of this fun experience!

When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. Kaelan is often found in the kitchen cooking up new recipes, or at theme parks.

Meet Beth…

Beth graduated from The George Washington University with a Business Degree, focusing on Marketing. 

She started her career in advertising, working in account management at various ad agencies including Ogilvy & Mather and Foote, Cone & Belding. During her 6 years on the agency side, Beth partnered with clients such as IBM and Motorola to help execute their TV, print, radio, outdoor and online campaigns. 

In 2006, she left advertising to pursue a career in recruiting at Google, where she recruited and hired Advertising Sales and Sales Operations executives globally. 

After taking some time off from the recruiting world to raise her children, Beth returned to recruiting in her role as Project Specialist at Recruit & Field. In this role, she recruits respondents for focus groups and communicates directly with clients regarding projects. 

When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You may find her on the sidelines of her son's soccer games cheering him on or in the audience of her daughter's musical theater performances.

Meet Bethane…

Bethane is an "Army Brat" who spent much of her childhood in Asia and Europe.  Traveling around Europe influenced her love history which led to her graduating from University of West Georgia with a degree in History and Political Science. After college she began working in the customer service and accounting world only leaving to start a family.  

For 15 years she raised her 5 children while supporting her husband's career.  She uses her customer service skills to focus on bringing in the best quality of participants to Recruit and Field.  

When not working you can find her cheering her kids on while they play football, baseball, soccer and track.  

Meet Annie…

A true southern bell, Annie, was born and raised in the Chattanooga, TN area. She has 15 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, and Training. In the middle of her working journey, she made a selfless decision to put her career on pause for almost 8 years to stay home as she is a busy mother of 5. An unexpected, wonderful opportunity presented itself at Recruit & Field and she snatched it! She hopes to excel and grow here.           

Annie has a true passion for exceeding expectations and leaving her customers with a lasting impression. Beyond her work life she enjoys her free time giving her children unforgettable experiences. Her favorite past times are sunbathing, kayaking, gardening, and baking! Annie has quite the touch for making delicious cakes, cookies, and sourdough loaves. Annie also has a love for dogs! She is the proud mom of 4 boxer, furbabies!

Meet Ashley…

Ashley Simonton is a new member to our Recruit and Field team. She’s currently working as an Insight Coordinator. Being able to engage with participants and working through challenging recruits have been some of her favorite things about her new position. Ashley has spent most of her career working in the healthcare field. She decided to take the leap and change career paths a few years ago and is super happy with her decision. While she misses taking care of people, she’s found a love for this field and says its rewarding in its own ways.

Ashley has lived all over the country and is fairly new to Florida. She spends as much of her free time as possible enjoying the Florida sunshine, especially if she can be at the beach or in the pool. She also really enjoys reading and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughter, and two fur baby Golden Retrievers.

When she is not working, she is spending time outside with her husband and kids, renovating their home and taking on new craft projects.

Meet Christopher…

“70% of my body is made of movies”

Chris was born and has lived in Fort Worth, Texas his whole life, worked in market research since he was a mall-rat teenager. He has been with Recruit+Field since 2022 and has loved seeing his smiling teams faces and laughing together every day.

When Chris is not at work, he is enjoying his media of choice. Usually all at the same time, grinding out stats in a video game while enjoying a daily movie. He also loves reading manga and will share his top 5 at any given opportunity.

Meet Brigitte…

Brigitte describes herself as passionate, friendly and outgoing; three important qualities to have as she speaks to thousands of respondents across the country.  

When Brigitte isn’t at the office, she loves spending time with her five children and two granddaughters and walking the shores of Long Island.

Brigitte’s motto: “Don’t look back or forward, live for the day.”
